Information used by the ranking

• Public name, country, category and biography
• Optional website and YouTube links
• Email address kept privately for identification and support
• Email and Gravatar hashes used to identify the profile and request its public avatar
• Claim amount, time and payment session identifiers

Payments

Stripe processes payment details. ClaimTop does not receive or store full card numbers. A signed Stripe event is used to confirm that a checkout was paid.

Public and private data

Profile content, ranking history, wins and time at the top are public. The email address is stored privately for profile identification, payment support and future account access, but is never published on the profile.

Operational logs may temporarily contain request metadata needed to prevent abuse and investigate failures.

Choices and retention

Claim records are kept to preserve the integrity of the public competition. A future verified support channel will handle correction, restriction and privacy requests where legally applicable.
