How ClaimTop works
There are two public races: people and companies. Country and category only filter the same list. Friends can add money to a pot, and the contender pays whatever is still missing.
1. Two ways to enter
The main ranking is ordered by the total each profile has invested over time. You can enter with any bid from one dollar.
First place is a separate public price. Whoever pays it becomes current world #1, and the next throne bid has to be higher.
2. One checkout at a time for the throne
Starting checkout for first place reserves that opportunity for ten minutes. Ranking bids of any amount do not take that reservation.
An abandoned first-place session is actively expired before the throne reopens.
3. Payment confirmation decides the move
Returning from checkout does not change the ranking. The move happens only after Stripe sends a signed confirmation with the expected session, currency and amount.
Anyone can add a bid to an existing public profile, or pay to send it back to first place. The pot already collected is used first only when claiming the top. A new email only creates a profile after the payment is confirmed.
4. The leader gets a protected window
After a first-place claim is confirmed, the new number one receives at least ten minutes at the top before the next throne checkout can begin.
5. Time creates another record
The main ranking follows total invested. A separate list follows who last claimed first place. The Hall of Time totals how long each contender has held first place across all wins.
6. The profile photo comes from Gravatar
ClaimTop does not host photo uploads. The image of a person or a company is the Gravatar linked to the email used at registration.
To show your photo, create or update that same email at gravatar.com. The ranking, the profile page and social previews all use that image.
